FOOTBALL IN HIGH HEELS: COLD HEARTED SNAKE
FOOTBALL season is a few days away and that means several things—Sundays become a do-not-disturb day, stock will go up for chicken wing, pizza and beer companies and Fantasy Football will once again cause lots of debate, drama and fun between friends and co-workers.
I myself am in a work team and a team for this very website. (Details can be found on our social media pages) I honestly don’t know what I am doing, so I pick the guys I think are cute and call it a day—hey, it could work in my favor right? One week cutest guy, next week best smile, the week after nicest ass….you get the idea.
Anyway, for those of you who actually play for real, there are several different ways to play. Today, we will focus on the snake draft, which always makes me think of Cold Hearted Snake from Paula Abdul.
Snake Draft: What Is It? – The concept of this is pretty simple. The team with the first overall pick selects, followed by the team with the second pick etc. Then the last pick in the first round gets the first pick in the second round. This goes on until all roster slots are filled.
What I Thought: Yeah, the only thing going through my mind was Paula’s song and snakes. And people who act like snakes….so pretty much nothing about football.
