Today, instead of focusing on sports, I am going to take a moment to mention something near and dear to my heart: fitness. As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I often look for new workouts and plans to make exercise fun and easy. I recently discovered Krav Maga and wanted to share it with my readers.
