The MLB trade deadline nearly came and went without a splash, but then Zack Greinke was dealt to the Astros, which caused a ripple in the World Series odds.
The site SportsBetting.ag (www.sportsbetting.ag) updated its futures odds following yesterday’s trade deadline.
Last week, the Astros had 9/2 odds to win the World Series, which was third on the board at that time behind the Dodgers (3/1) and Yankees (7/2), but they are now the favorites following the Greinke acquisition.
