The more I learn about football, the more I realize I have no clue what is going on. For example, who knew that a PANCAKE was a part of the game? Okay, maybe it is not the kind that you eat, but there is pancakes involved in the game. Confused? You won’t be at the end of this lesson.
Pancake: What it means: This is a type of block where a player hits another player with enough force to knock him down. This usually ends with the blocked player landing flat on his back.
What I Thought It Meant: A breakfast you get before the big game.
